Getting Started

Use this personalized guide to get started with the app.

Install app on your store

the first step is to add the Reviews Importify app to your Bigcommerce account and Do the following:

  • Step 1 - From Bigcommerce, click Apps.
  • Step 2 - Click BIGCOMMERCE.COM/APPS.
  • Step 3 - Search and select Reviews Importify.
  • Step 4 - Click Get This App.
  • Step 5 - Follow the Installation Steps.

Pick a plan that fits your needs.

  • Step 1 - From Bigcommerce, click Apps.
  • Step 2 - Click Reviews Importify from the list.
  • Step 3 - Go to Plans section from the left sidebar.
  • Step 4 - Pick a plan that fits your needs and click choose plan.
  • Step 5 - Click Yes

How to Enable App in your Bigcommerce Store

Add Reviews Importify to your Bigcommerce store in just a few clicks so you can start collecting reviews immediately.

Enable App in using Single Click Install

From the Reviews Importify Start Guide (Apps -> Reviews Importify), do the following:

  • Step 1 - Click on Enable Reviews Importify Script.
  • Step 2 - Click on Add Now.
  • Step 4 - Once Add Now is successfull, click on check to verify the installation.

Enable App in store Manually

  • Step 1 - Go to your Bigcommerce Storefront menu.
  • Step 2 - Go to your Script Manager.
  • Step 3 - Click Create script.
  • Step 4 - Fill the form as per below details:
    • Script name - Reviews Importify
    • Description - Required Script for Reviews Importify Widgets
    • Location - Storefront pages
    • Placement - header
    • Script category - Essential
    • Script type - Script
    • Script contents -
  • Step 5 - Click Save.

How to Install Reviews Widget on Product Pages

Add Reviews Widget to your Bigcommerce theme in just a few clicks so you can start collecting reviews immediately. We’ll guide you through the following steps to make sure everything runs smoothly:

  • Step 1 - Go to your Bigcommerce Themes menu (Home -> Storefront -> Themes).
  • Step 2 - Click Advanced > Edit Theme Files.
  • Step 3 - Locate the file that manages your basic product page content and settings. This is usually called product.html under templates -> pages.
  • Step 4 - Paste the following code into the file where you want the reviews to appear.

  • Step 5 - Click Save & Apply File.

How to Install the Star Rating Widget on Product Pages

  • Step 1 - Go to your Bigcommerce Themes menu (Home -> Storefront -> Themes).
  • Step 2 - Click Advanced > Edit Theme Files.
  • Step 3 - Locate the file that you use for your product pages to show title, price etc. This is usually called product-view.html under templates -> components -> products.
  • Step 4 - Paste the following code into the file where you want the star rating to appear. This code should be placed after the product title and before the price.

  • Step 5 - Click Save & Apply File.

How to Install the Star Rating Widget on Category Pages

Add Star Rating Widget to your store category pages in just a few clicks.

We’ll guide you through the following steps to make sure everything runs smoothly:

  • Step 1 - Go to your Bigcommerce Themes menu (Home -> Storefront -> Themes).
  • Step 2 - Click Advanced > Edit Theme Files.
  • Step 3 - Locate the file that contains the code for the category pages on your site. This is usually called card.html under templates -> components -> products.
  • Step 4 - Paste the following code between the product title class and the price class (or wherever you'd like the star rating to appear):

  • Step 5 - Click Save & Apply File.
