We are not the seller of any goods which are reviewed and displayed on our Service and have no liability for any act or omission of any Merchant, any defective goods sold and/or any other matter relating to the sale and purchase of goods from Merchants by Users.
The content on our Service is provided for general information and should only be utilised by Users as a guideline only. Reviews posted on our Service are not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You are advised to obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our Service.
We make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Service and encourage Merchants to do the same in respect of reviews generated by Users about their products. However, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Service, including those reviews posted by Reviewers and/or Merchants, are accurate, complete or up to date.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

We do not guarantee that our Service will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Service. You should use your own virus protection software.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by Users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The App Geeks and its licensors.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. Our Service may also facilitate the publication of reviews on social media and on Merchant websites.
We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
You may link to the home page of our Service, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not establish a link to our Service in any website that is not owned by you.
Our Service must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Service other than the home page, unless you are a registered User.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Our Service may contain affiliate links to other sites and resources provided by Merchants (“Affiliate Link”). An Affiliate Link will take you to a Merchant’s account where you can purchase products which have been reviewed or displayed on our Service.
We do not approve websites or information you may obtain from links and do not have any control over the contents of those sites or recourses.
You acknowledge and agree that should you make a purchase on a Merchant site, from clicking the Affiliate Link you will be contracting directly with the Merchant and not us. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be a party to any contract between you and a Merchant.
If you follow an Affiliate Link from our Service and make a purchase, we may receive commission from the Merchant.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We offer a 5-day trial period for our app/service. If you are not satisfied with our app/service, you can request a refund within 5 days of your purchase. After 5 days, no refunds will be given. To request a refund, you can contact us to provided details. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the request. Please Note refund is only applicable for the first time purchase. If you have purchased the app/service before and you are purchasing it again, you will not be eligible for a refund. There will be no refund for the addons purchased separately from the app/service or any custom work/service done.
